Our Next class begins September 21st through October 26th, 2026.

Registation is open through September 19th. A small number of students can have an in person option (you’ll need to check with me first) but Zoom option is available for everyone.

A revolving virtual 60 minute class that meets in rounds of six classes at a time exploring the Movement Intelligence work of Ruthy Alon from the Bones for Life® and Solutions for Mobility ® programs drawn from the Feldenkrais Method ®.

Class Start dates are rolling on demand and meet for six consecutive Mondays.
